Welcome to Kredit Station. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, submitting any personal information, or availing any of our services. By accessing or using any part of this website or services offered by Kredit Station, you agree to be bound by the Terms laid out below. These Terms shall govern your use of our platform in compliance with Indian laws and are enforceable under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

If you do not agree with these Terms, we advise you to discontinue the use of our website or services immediately.

1. Nature and Scope of Services

Kredit Station is not a financial institution, lender, bank, or NBFC. We are a loan advisory, documentation assistance, and private lender matchmaking platform. Our services include but are not limited to

  • Loan documentation preparation (Project Reports, CRM Reports)

  •  MSME/Udyam registration facilitation

  • Basic financial profiling for potential private lender evaluation

  • Forwarding borrower profiles to third-party lenders, based on user consent

  • Loan-related educational resources and consultancy via our platform

Kredit Station does not disburse loans, does not collect EMIs, and does not participate in or manage any financial transactions between the borrower and lender.

2. No Lending, No Guarantee, No Money Handling

It is hereby clarified that:

  • Kredit Station does not lend money, nor do we act as an NBFC under the regulatory framework of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

  • We do not guarantee loan approval, disbursal, or interest rates.

  • The final approval, terms, tenure, and interest of any loan lie solely with the third-party lender, and Kredit Station has no role or influence in that decision.

  • Kredit Station does not take, hold, or transfer any money on behalf of the borrower or lender.

  • We do not offer credit scores, underwriting services, or financial products of our own.

3. Payment for Services

Kredit Station charges a one-time, non-refundable service fee for advisory, documentation, and private lender matchmaking. This includes

  • Creation of lender-standard Project Report and CRM Report

  • MSME/Udyam registration guidance and completion (if applicable)

  • Consultation and profiling

  • Forwarding your file to up to 3 private lenders in our networkr

  • WhatsApp-based live support during the proces

This service fee is NOT linked to the success or failure of your loan application and should not be misunderstood as a booking fee, advance interest, or lender’s processing fee. No part of your loan (if approved) will be paid to Kredit Station. We are not entitled to any percentage from the disbursed loan amount, and we never demand post-approval cuts or commissions.

4. Platform Eligibility and User Responsibilities

To access and use our services, you must

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Be a resident of India with valid ID and address proof

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date documents and financial details

  • Use our platform and support channels for lawful and legitimate purposes only

You agree that all data submitted to us is truthful, and you bear full responsibility for the authenticity of your documents and representations. If found to be misleading, false, or fraudulent, Kredit Station reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund and take legal action if necessary.

5. Data Collection, Storage, and Usage

We collect personal and financial information to help you structure your profile and match with private lenders. This may include

  • Aadhaar and PAN details

  • Bank statements

  • Income documents or declarations

  • Business proofs (if applicable)

  • Loan requirement explanations

All data is stored in compliance with Indian data protection norms. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your written consent. Your details are shared only with select private lenders who are registered with us for evaluation purposes, and only after you approve the process. You may request to delete or modify your data at any time by contacting us at support@kreditstation.com

6. Limitation of Liability

Kredit Station and its founders, employees, consultants, or affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you in connection with:

  • Rejection of your loan application

  • Delay in disbursal by the lender

  • Disputes between you and any third-party lender

  • Miscommunication, breach of contract, or fraud between you and the lender

  • Inaccurate data provided by you during the documentation process

  • Any financial decision made by you based on our consultation

We are not responsible for any monetary outcome. All financial decisions, risks, and liabilities arising from loans disbursed by a third-party lender are to be borne solely by the borrower and the lender.

7. Use of Website and Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, designs, trademarks, images, branding, and layouts — is the exclusive property of Kredit Station and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, scrape, or use any material from this site without express written permission.

Misuse of the platform — including phishing attempts, impersonation, or unauthorized collection of user data — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once a service fee has been paid, it is considered non-refundable, unless

  • A technical error results in duplicate payment

  • Services were not rendered due to internal failure on Kredit Station's part

Refunds will be issued after formal verification and within 7–10 business days of approval. Refunds are not granted on the basis of loan rejection or change of mind after service delivery has begun.

9. Service Modifications and Access Rights

Kredit Station reserves the right to

  • Modify, update, or remove any service or product without prior notice

  • Update these Terms & Conditions periodically, with or without informing users

  • Refuse service to users found violating the ethical, legal, or operational rules of the platform

Use of the platform after updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal matters relating to the usage of Kredit Station services shall be governed by Indian laws and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

In case of unresolved disputes, parties agree to first pursue amicable resolution through written correspondence before initiating formal proceedings
