Our Responsible Matchmaking Policy outlines how we connect borrowers with verified private lenders in a way that is legally compliant, ethically sound, and client-first.
This policy ensures that our matchmaking process serves both borrower and lender responsibly — without misuse, bias, or violation of personal rights.
1. Nature of Our Matchmaking Services
Kredit Station is a loan assistance and documentation advisory firm. We do not offer loans, do not manage money, and are not a lender, NBFC, or financial institution. We offer:

We act as a bridge, not a broker, between underserved borrowers and ethical private lenders who evaluate non-traditional profiles.
2.Our Matchmaking Principles
Our responsible matchmaking model is built on 5 core principles:
1. Transparency Over Tactics
We never mislead borrowers or lenders. All terms, risks, and expectations are clearly communicated before matchmaking begins.
2. Consent Before Connection
We never share borrower documents with any lender without full written or digital consent. You control your information — always.
3. Verified Lender Network Only
All lenders in our network are identity-verified, reputation-screened, and committed to ethical funding practices. We never work with unregistered loan agents or moneylenders.
4. Data Privacy First
All documentation — Aadhaar, PAN, bank statements, reports — is handled with strict confidentiality and stored securely. Lender sharing is controlled and logged
5. No Middleman Interference
After initial matching, we connect borrowers and lenders directly. We do not interfere, do not demand commission, and do not participate in financial discussions. The deal remains between you and the lender.
3. Matchmaking Process (Step-by-Step)

Borrower Profile Evaluation: We understand your income, needs, and documentation

Project & CRM Report Creation: We prepare lender-grade reports outlining your loan purpose, cash flow, and repayment ability

Lender Network Matching: We shortlist 1–3 lenders who align with your profile and loan size

Consent-Based Sharing: Your profile is shared only after your approval

Feedback Loop: We follow up for feedback or document requests.

Direct Connection: If a lender is interested, we connect you both.

Exit From Process: Once connected, Kredit Station steps away. No interference or commissions are involved.
4. What We Will NEVER Do

Share your personal data without consent

Push your application to 20+ random lenders

Send your profile to blacklisted or unverified financiers

Act as a loan recovery agent

Collect interest or EMI on behalf of any lender

Influence or alter the lender’s decision

Promise “guaranteed approval” for any case
We believe every borrower deserves dignity, respect, and informed support, especially when dealing with personal finance.
5. Borrower Responsibilities
To ensure safe and fair matchmaking:

Submit only genuine, verifiable documents

Disclose previous loans or defaults honestly

Respect lender privacy and decision timelines
-
Avoid requesting unethically large amounts beyond your repayment ability

Do not engage in fake identity creation or impersonation
Any fraud attempt or misuse of our platform will result in blacklisting and legal reporting.
6. Lender Code of Conduct
All Kredit Station lenders are expected to:

Be transparent about loan terms (tenure, rate, EMI, late fee)

Avoid harassment or coercion under any circumstances

Sign appropriate declarations where needed

Respect borrower dignity and data privacy

Follow RBI’s fair practices code (where applicable)
Lenders who violate this policy will be removed from our network permanently.
7. Our Role Ends After Matchmaking
Once we connect you with a lender:

All discussions on interest, terms, and repayment are between you and the lender

Kredit Station will not negotiate, pressure, or influence your agreement

We do not handle or transfer any loan amount or EMI
-
We are not responsible for repayment or collection
This keeps your experience clean, direct, and fully under your control
8. Dispute & Feedback Mechanism
If you face:

Misconduct by a lender

Misuse of your documents

Miscommunication regarding terms

Unethical behavior or harassment
Please report it immediately to legal@kreditstation.com or via WhatsApp. We will:

Investigate within 3–5 working days

Suspend the lender from our network (if required)

Offer alternatives (if possible)
Your trust is our top priority.
9. Legal Protection
This Responsible Matchmaking Policy is covered under:

The Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Information Technology Act, 2000 (for digital records and privacy)

Applicable civil and contract laws of India
Kredit Station operates fully within Indian law and reserves the right to take legal action against any party who misuses our services or harms our users
