Refund & Cancellation

Welcome to Kredit Station.

At Kredit Station, we strive to provide transparent and structured loan advisory, documentation, and matchmaking services to individuals and businesses who are underserved by traditional lenders. Since our services involve time-bound and non-reversible professional support, this policy explains the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be processed.

By choosing to avail services from Kredit Station, you agree to the following policy.

1. Nature of Our Services

Kredit Station provides non-tangible, service-based offerings such as:

  • Preparation of lender-facing Project Reports & CRM Reports

  • Guidance and execution of MSME/Udyam Registration

  • Loan profile structuring and documentation

  • Private lender matchmaking coordination

  • Ongoing WhatsApp/email support

These services are rendered through consultation, expert time, and digital processing, and are initiated immediately after payment confirmation.

2.Non-Refundable Services

Our service fee (currently ₹2,499 including GST) is a one-time, non-refundable advisory fee. Once a client makes the payment and service execution begins, no refund shall be entertained, including in the following cases:

  • Loan application gets rejected by private lenders

  • Client changes mind after payment

  • Client fails to submit required documents

  • Client is unresponsive for more than 3 days after payment

  • Client chooses not to proceed after partial work has been delivered

  • Lenders request additional documents or reject based on internal policies

Our fee covers intellectual effort, document creation, research, and time allocation. It is not linked to loan approval, as final decisions are made solely by the lender.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios (Rare Exceptions)

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited scenarios:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service, the extra payment will be refunded.

  • Service Not Delivered: If due to technical failure or internal error, we are unable to begin your service within 72 working hours and you have not shared documents, you may request a cancellation and refund

  • Pre-Initiation Cancellation: If you paid but no documents were submitted, and no communication was made within 1 hour of payment, we may review your cancellation request.

All refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@kreditstation.com within 24 hours of payment. We reserve the right to accept or decline the request based on service status.

4. Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used

  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed

We will not be responsible for any delays caused by payment gateway partners or bank processing timelines.

5. Cancellation of Services

If, after payment, you wish to cancel the service before document submission or profile creation, you may request a voluntary cancellation by email or WhatsApp.

However, cancellation does not guarantee refund unless the service has not been initiated at all. Once the work begins (e.g., report drafting, MSME submission, lender profiling), cancellation requests are no longer applicable for refund.

Kredit Station also reserves the right to cancel services if:

  • The client submits false or forged documents

  • The client engages in rude, abusive, or uncooperative behavior

  • The case is not fit for our lender network

  • There is suspicion of fraud or misuse

No refund will be provided in such cases

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe your case deserves special attention, you may escalate the matter to our grievance officer via:

We aim to respond to refund-related grievances within 5 business days.

7. No Chargebacks or Reversals Allowed

Once service has begun, any attempt to reverse or dispute payments via Razorpay, UPI, card, or banking platforms will be treated as unauthorized cancellation, and legal action may be taken under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Indian Contract Law.

We reserve the right to submit proof of service delivery to defend our position with the payment processor or bank.

8. Final Note

Kredit Station is committed to ethical, transparent service delivery. We are not a bank, lender, or NBFC. We do not guarantee loan approvals or disbursals. Our services are advisory and documentation-based, and we charge for time, expertise, and structured lender communication.
